Paul Collard
Paul Collard is the first Chief Executive of ‘Creativity, Culture and Education (CCE)’ an organization created in 2009 to generate transformational cultural and creative programmes for children and young people across England. He has over 25 years experience of working in the arts and is an expert in delivering programmes that use creativity and culture as drivers of social and economic change. He joined the Government’s flagship creative learning programme, Creative Partnerships in January 2005. In 2008 he also became responsible for ‘Find Your Talent’ in Great Britain, a programme aimed at guaranteeing all young people access to five hours high quality cultural engagement every week.
